0 Cara verifikasi akun PAYPAL secara manual

Selama ini yang saya tau paypal hanya akan memverifikasi akun kita bila kita memiliki Credit Card atau CC. Tapi ternyata pihak paypal sendiri ternyata mau memverifikasi akun kita tanpa CC, alias manual. Saya sendiri sebelumnya pernah membaca cara ini, tapi lupa caranya. Akhirnya iseng-iseng saya mengirim email ke paypal, dan ternyata jawabannya seperti bibawah ini.
